Meet Eddie Youngblood
Eddie Youngblood has been building homes in Baldwin County since 1971, he also lives here. During that time he has seen Baldwin County become one of the fastest growing areas in the entire state of Alabama and been part of that progress. Since Baldwin County includes the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay as well as Orange Beach and Gulf Shores we are up-to-date on all waterfront, flood plain and hurricane codes required for building.
In addition, Eddie Youngblood Builders is a Certified NAHB Green Builder who can advise you on energy efficiency improvements, water conservation measures, conservation of resource materials, indoor environmental quality as well as site design planning that considers a minimal disruption and preservation of open spaces. These principals apply to new homes as well as remodels or renovations.
Besides having a reputation for integrity and craftsmanship, Mr. Youngblood is currently serving as President of the Baldwin County Home Builders’ Association. He also held this position in 1991. Eddie was named the BCHBA Builder of the Year in 1990 and 1992.

Eddie Youngblood is a lifelong resident of Baldwin County and raised his family here. He is also an avid outdoorsman and enjoys training hunting retrievers. In 2009 he handled one of his Labradors to a Grand Hunting Retriever Champion award, the highest national award for hunting dogs.
